EASONZELL™ HEC Series* Oil Drilling
EASONZELL™ HEC* oil drilling series products are white or light yellow powder or fibrous solid, odorless, and non-toxic. These products are derived from the etherification reaction of alkalized cellulose and ethylene oxide and have significant thickening, suspending, separating, and water-holding capabilities. It is suitable for all stages of oil well drilling, completion, repair, and fracturing processes, and can significantly enhance fluid loss control, enhance the rock-holding capacity of mud, and reduce structural damage to oil wells. EASONZELL™ HEC products in grades HEC 300, HEC30KB, HEC60KB, and HEC100KB are widely used in drilling operations and are carefully packaged to ensure moisture resistance and stored under ideal conditions to extend shelf life. These products should be transported with care and stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry environment and are integral to efficient and safe oil drilling operations, with reliability and performance backed by comprehensive material safety documentation.

EasonZell™ products are packed in multi-layer composite paper bags with moisture-proof plastic bags inside, the net weight of the unit package is 25 kg.
Because cellulose itself has strong moisture absorption properties, it is recommended that customers use the first-in-first-out storage management method, attention should be paid to rain during transportation, the transport tool should be kept clean, the product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and isolate heat and fire sources.
